The air-conditioned conference hall can accommodate 150 persons, suitable to conduct Seminars, Workshops and Conferences.

The institute has three computer Labs with Pentium PCs connected with a Local Area Network. The Local Area Network is connected to Internet broadband services.

The Library has over 12,000 books and subscribes for 60 periodicals. Participants of the institute, research scholars of Universities and students studying cooperative in academic colleges and in management institutions make use of the library extensively.

The Hostel can accomodate 150 participants at a time. It has 23 non-A/C Guest rooms and 8 A/C guest rooms for accomodating participants at Senior Level.

A mess is attached to the Hostel serving vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The two dining halls of the Mess can accommodate 100 participants at a time.

NICM has facilities for indoor games such as Chess, Carom, Table Tennis and outdoor games such as Shuttlecock, Volley ball, Badminton etc.

The hostel has recreation room with Television.

The Staff and Students Cooperative Stores provides all required daily necessities of the hostel inmates and other participants.

The Chennai Central Cooperative bank provides banking facilities in the institute campus through its branch.
