NICM regularly organises a wide range of academic and professional development initiatives, including:

The academic highlight of the year was Innofuze 2025, a national-level management symposium held on 6–7 January 2025, themed “Navigating the Future: Innovations, Challenges, and Strategies in Modern Management.”

Conducted in hybrid mode, the symposium witnessed active participation from postgraduate students, research scholars, and professionals across states such as Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, and beyond. An esteemed panel comprising academicians, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders evaluated the paper presentations. Selected papers were published in the conference proceedings, adding significant academic value, while winners were awarded cash prizes, encouraging research and innovation.

Innofuze 2025 provided students with a dynamic platform to exchange ideas, understand contemporary business challenges, and build professional networks, further reinforcing NICM’s position as a centre for management thought, research, and intellectual discourse.
