29th batch of Diploma in Handloom Cooperative Department( HDCM ) for the officials of Textiles department of Tamil Nadu was inaugurated on 04.12.2024. It’s 12-Weeks Sectoral Diploma Programme scheduled to be conducted from 04.12.2024 to 25.02.2025. Shri. G. Suresh, Director inaugurated the training programme and highlighted the importance of textiles department including its objective of fabric to fashion. Shri. I. Shri. P.K Bansal , IAS , Additional Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation, Govt. of India / Chairman, Executive Council, NCCT, New Delhi visited the Institute on 16.11.2024. Shri.G.Suresh, briefed the Coop. training & management education programmes being conducted through various modes such as regular, online, on the spot and further highlighted the training requirements as well as infrastructural maintenance and development. The Chairman interacted with all teaching and non-teaching staff and offered valuable suggestions for overall development of the Institute.
Shri. G. Suresh, Director discussed with Shri. D. Sridhar Addl. Secretary/ Director of Cooperative Audit through online, regarding the ongoing induction training programmes for the newly recruited Asst. Directors/ Junior Coop. Auditors being conducted in five districts of Tamil Nadu, on 13.11.2024. Shri. K. Sathiakumar, Director, ICM, Madurai also participated in this virtual discussion.
NICM, Chennai conducts the Module-III Advanced Audit Course Final Examination, as part of the Induction training, for the Asst. Directors & Junior Cooperative Auditors, newly recruited by Coop. Audit, Milk Coop. Audit, Local Fund Audit & HR&CE departments of Tamil Nadu, in Chennai ( Anna University & Tamil Nadu Open University) and Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, on 12.11.2024. Shri. G. Suresh, Director, Shri. I. Venkatesh, Deputy Director, Shri. M. Nagarajan, faculty , staff and Senior Coop. Audit dept. officials are monitoring the examination.

8th batch of training programme for the CSC operators from select PACS in districts viz., Kallakurichi, Krishnagiri Nilgris,Thiruvallur, Tiruppur, Villupuram onboarded into CSC portal was conducted at NICM campus on 22.10.2024. Shri. G. Suresh Director, inaugurated the training programme and explained the initiatives taken by Ministry of Cooperation, Govt. of India, for PACS including Computerization of PACS, Formation of M-PACS, NOCL, and the importance of e-services by PACS at the grassroot level for their members and general public. Various e-services including Digipay, PMFBY, Telelaw, NPS, Insurance premium renewal were explained by the trainers ( e-district managers). Shri. I.Venkatesh, Deputy Director and e-district managers graced the inaugural session. Shri. M. Nagarajan, Faculty member, coordinated this training programme.
