4th batch of 3-day training programme on MARKETING & ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS( 19-21 December 2024) for the officials of Handloom Cooperative Societies from various regions of the state, was commenced on 19.12.2024 at NICM campus. In the inaugural session, Shri. G. Suresh, highlighted that the Institute conducted a series of training programmes for Handloom Coop. weavers, Handloom Coop. Federation ( COOPTEX) officers during the last two years and during current year, a series of training programmes are planned and being conducted for the officials of Handloom Coop. Societies & Handloom dept. officers. Resource persons Dr. K. Rajendran, ARCS( Retd.), Shri.Maniappan, AGM( Retd.), KDCCB, Shri. I. Venkatesh, Deputy Director and Shri. M. Nagarajan, Faculty/ Course coordinator were also present.

First batch of 3-days training programme on COOPERATIVE ACCOUNTING & ERP APPLICATIONS was conducted for the Industrial Cooperative Officers (ICOs) from 16.12.2024 to 18.12.2024 at NICM’s computer centre.

Shri. G. Suresh, Director & Shri. M. Nagarajan, Faculty member attended the 68th TOLIC meeting, on 16.12.2024, afternoon, at CSIR-Structural Engineering Research Centre, Taramani, Chennai.

As part of the Induction training for the newly recruited officials of various audit departments including Coop. Audit, Milk Coop. Audit, Local Fund Audit, Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowment dept, Module II written exam was conducted by the Institute, on 16.12.2024, at various centres in Chennai ( Anna University, Tamil Nadu Open University, Tamil Nadu Veterinary & Animal Sciences University) & Coimbatore ( Tamil Nadu Agricultural University). Shri. G. Suresh, Director, Shri. I. Venkatesh, Deputy Director, Dr. U. Homiga, Shri.M. Nagarajan, Faculty members & staff monitored the examination in these centres. Shri. D. Sridhar, Addl. Secretary ( Finance)/ Director of Cooperative Audit & team visited various centres.
